Kolinsky fur is the most desirable in the fur industry. I believe this kolinsky mink fur coat to be rare. It is still in excellent condition considering it is very old perhaps from the 1940s. I brought this fur coat to a fur coat retailer. 2 of the people who worked there both agreed that this is indeed a kolinsky fur coatin very good condition.This coat only has one label stating it was originally purchased from Tarlow's in San Jose, California. It fits like a medium and has 1hook closure
