This is an extremely rare prototype Quetzalcoatl, a prize from the 2009 WHF event.
While there are many overseas products, this is a genuine one.
As you can see if you look it up, the number of these is very small, and they weren't distributed to all attendees. The only ways to obtain one were to participate in the event and win a prize, or to borrow one from the Beyblade that came with it at the time, making it an incredibly rare Beyblade.
If you look it up, you'll find that the number of these offered for sale is even less than Hell Kerbecs Blue Inferno.
It's far rarer than Mercury Anubius lev.10.
As a limited edition item, it's much rarer than rare Beyblades like Aries, Jade Jupiter, and Duo Uranus, which are sold commercially at high prices.
Because it's so rare, there aren't many sales records, and counterfeit products are mixed in, so its price is underestimated, but its acquisition difficulty is incredibly high.
This is the only item currently listed that can be confirmed as new.
