This skirt is a new, old stock item from a boutique in the 90’s. Features a wrap design with two sets of buttons for an adjustable fit. Prior boutique tag that’s pictured is not attached nor included. No size tag, measures 14/14.5in across waist depending on buttons used and also has an elastic back to waist, 17in across hips and is 22in in length.
