I understand how Royal Blue Peanut and Humphrey are considered supet rare (Royal Blue Peanut having her color changed and Humphrey's complex design) but what made Chilly rare? On the outside he looks like Cubbie but white and he's difficult to find an authentic due to his simple color. I wonder what made him valuable..
