This is a glass pen nib set from Kobunsha. There are 19 nibs. They come with a box.
The box is labeled as medium, but it looks like there are a few different sizes of nibs mixed in, so please be aware that there may be a variety of sizes.
I have not used these myself, so please check the images to assess their condition.
