This is the (likely) first generation of the Rotring (Germany) Tikky mechanical pencil.
I have used it for many years, but it is getting old and the condition is not very good. The eraser has not been used but is deteriorating. The core return stop inside the chuck is loose (see photo). It's still usable, but just barely.
Despite this, it's a thin and well-designed pencil with a wave-shaped grip that is surprisingly comfortable to hold, even without rubber. It's a fun pencil to use.
I believe this is a rare item.
