Authentic vintage Burberry trench coat with the iconic “Burberry’s” label, used prior to 1999. This classic piece is at least 26 years old but the exact date is not known. This was purchased on Ebay (authenticated through them). Features:* Comes with original removable wool liner (button-in style) for added warmth* Iconic Burberry check lining* Double-breasted front* Belted waist and cuffs* Genuine leather hardwareCondition: There is some wear on this jacket because it’s vintage but it’s still in great condition. There are some minor stains throughout and I’ve included examples. Please inspect photos carefully. Wear isn’t really visible unless you’re up close. There’s a small hole in the wool lining (see picture). The inner pocket holes are getting slightly loose and may need to be reinforced in the future. Wear on leather hardware which is normal for its age.Alterations: I had the sleeves shortened from a men’s length to a women’s length. There are marks from where the old cuffs used to be. The buttons on the left were moved and there are marks from where the buttons used to be. The 'throat latch' was removed from under the collar so its large button could be used as a replacement.
