Like new- barely used. Still has custom skin on front and back of iPod. It is removable which means the surface underneath has been protected with no scratches.
I have 3,000 songs already loaded on here and it barely scratch the surface of the 160GB storage. You can enjoy the music for awhile or override it with your own after you get bored of it lol.
