There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please forgive me as this is a personal inspection.
I noticed that the blue part in the center of the ribbon was slightly faded, so I checked other sites and it seems to be an initial specification due to printing individual differences.
However, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
