Sz 10 Love and Grow Starry Night Halloween set - this was worn once and washed once by previous owner and sold to me as EUC (we haven’t worn). I’m going to say VGUC+ to be safe because the charcoal gray color on tunic has a slightly “faded” look to it (that’s how it’s supposed to be but since it’s been washed I’m not sure how much the color lightens). Pants looks perfect.
