The scooter goes up to 10 mph, in order for the scooter to start you have to give it a little push then you hit the throttle. It has a battery life up to 65 minutes, there are also brakes in the front, and lastly it can hold someone up to 120 Ibs. (The power cord is not included since the one I order with the scooter is damaged)
