Scrolled Engraved Rectangle Pewter Snuff Box, English Or Continental, Early To Mid 19th Century
Approximately 3 1/2 inches x 2 inches x 3/4 inches
The box is rectangular in shape with a slightly rounded sides. The lid of the box is decorated with a scroll design surrounded by a geometric design.
The bottom of the box is decorated in another pattern.
The lid has a thumb piece on the front to open the box. The box is in good condition with soiling throughout and a nice patina.
The box has dings throughout and the hinge for the lid works good and closes well and tightly. Other than that, the box is all original from what I can tell.
