In overall good condition. Album has been kept in a plastic sleeve so there is virtually no wear to the actual cover. There are some tears in the plastic though. Album is covered in a satin type material. Inside pages appear to have been used, but are still adhesive. There’s a small tear on the edge of the first page. Book measures approximately 14.5” x 13” x 1.5”. There are 10 pages.
