Sterling silver belt buckle. Front has a guilloche enamel design in cream and blue. Hallmarks: L&S, Anchor (city mark for Birmingham), Lion Passant (indicating sterling silver), L (date letter -- appears to indicate 1910). I believe the maker was Levi & Salamon.
The blue band of the enamel design has some areas of green discoloration. The silver portion shows some tarnishing and handling wear. No chips or cracks in the enamel.
