Hard to find vintage sterling silver lock heart charm. Marked STERLING. Patented. To unlock: Slide the lever outwards to your right. Then pull the top handle up. To lock: Push the handle down and then push the lever back in. The lock is in very good working condition! The lock may need a polishing if you prefer the shine. Wear commensurate with age.
