SGT. WE. Loughman USMC 1954-1957 as marked on the inside of the leather band. I didnt look too far into this drill sergeant...you may be able to find some interested information regarding him online.
Great shape. Some signs of sweat on band. Nicely formed and not warped etc. SEE PICTURES.
22 around the inside of the band. I couldnt find a size tag.
It will be protected well and insured.
