You are looking at a vintage Pappagallo colorblock rain coat jacket slicker. It does need to be cleaned, leaving cleaning to buyer. I do not want to ruin it. The lining it stuck to the vinyl on the inside, but I tried on one sleeve and it will pull away and fabric is still strong, just a bit time consuming. Great find with a little TLC.
