Up for your consideration is a rare Walker vitrified china restaurantware cup for Kenny King's Restaurant. The cup is dated on the bottom as 6-44 (believe this is Walker's dating system meaning June 1944). Kenny King's was a pretty big deal in northern Ohio. They contracted with Colonel Sanders in the 1950s for his secret recipe and served KFC chicken before that chain opened. This mug is a fantastic example of restaurantware with the anthropomorphic K and the supreme burger with its crown. The mug is in very good condition for its age and use. It has a tiny pin sized dip in the green fade rim but there is no crack running from it so I believe it was from manufacture or normal restaurant ware. Overall, it is a very nice piece of restaurantware and extremely hard to find from this restaurant.
It stands 2.75 tall and measures 3.25 across the top.
