This is a preowned wool skirt. It has a both hook and loop and button closure at the waist. It is lined with a fringe on one side. The skirt has no holes stains or flaws. Ironically I originally thought this was a blanket coat shawl and as you can see it could be worn that way with a draping neckline if you wanted but it does not have armholes.
