1960s neon floral skirt. Incredible quality fabric, midweight. Fully lined with silk. Great condition. Purchased for myself w/o knowing measurements but too small for me! Pictured on previous owner. Has thin thread belt loops, can be cut off.
Tagged size 10. Fits smaller but hook & eye closure can be moved around (sewn) to fit a range of sides.
