USW-Lite-16-POE Switch
Bought this in May and just upgraded so it has a little under 2 months of use. Has been kept in an air conditioned store front its whole life.
These go for 199 brand new
If I find the mounting hardware I will include it but I will most likely just be the switch and AC power cord
