This is a Rich Me New Yorkステンカラー short coat in black.
I purchased it at Hankyu Umeda Main Store a few years ago.
It has a slightly flared silhouette like a poncho, which is cute. The cuffs have snap buttons, so you can lengthen the sleeves. The fur collar is detachable with buttons.
The fabric is 90% wool, and it has a fox fur collar, so I think it's warm.

Please note that these measurements are taken by a non-professional, so there may be slight errors. Although it is labeled as size 1, it is slightly loose and I think it would fit a size M to L.
