High volume double layered ruffled hem dress with adjustable shoulder ties. Nelly Madison Katie Dresses are flexible in that a size 6 can be worn by a 5-year-old as a floor-length dress, or by a 6-year-old as a full-length dress. I don't think that we have worn this one.
