Brand is Brazeau Tricot. I believe it is vintage because of the tag. 100% Rayon. Made in the USA. Black ribbed long maxi skirt. Has an elastic waist. Good condition, minor pilling. Waist kinda curves out, it’s not stretched out it’s just because it’s an elastic waist with a more fitted skirt. Very small hole, not even noticeable barely
