This is a large breaching tool pouch made by LBT.
I can't find any details about it even after searching, but it has a genuine LBT tag and is incredibly robustly constructed.
It's thick and also has cushioning, so I believe it's intended for tools like a Halligan tool or other breaching tools. Please refer to the photos of the back to see how large it is.
In any case, I've never seen this pouch anywhere else, so I'm sure it's a rare item.
