This is a set featuring a Himari blouse and skirt, inspired by Himari Takakura, the heroine of the TV anime Mawaru Penguindrum.
The blouse is from the first production run and was purchased secondhand, but its condition is not very good. There is yellowing on the collar. There are also wrinkles, which I think can be fixed with an iron.
The skirt was purchased new at Shinjuku Marui during a re-release and has been carefully stored in an unused condition. There is some color transfer on the price tag.
