When it arrived at my house, there was slight indentations in the hat. As I straightened it out you can’t really notice an issue with it and it looks absolutely stunning when wearing! You’ll love it.
I put the condition as good due to the slight creasing that happened during shipping. A steam gun could straighten it out a bit. It’s definitely a stylish and versatile hat. The crease is annoying but fixable.
