One unique 10K yellow gold cameo cufflink, circa approx. 1950-1960's. A pair of hand carved oval shaped shell cameo, mounted on an 10K gold bezel. The cufflink design by Destino, designed was patent. 1/20K gold filled backing. The top is 25.34 x 19.24mm. WEight 9.3gm, no hallmark for the link, but tested for 10K(1 inch = 25.4 mm; 1 dime = 17.9mm).All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
