I bought this right before my birthday and then I was gifted a shark air wrap for my birthday. I tried to return this and I waited too long and missed the return window. I literally tried it one time, so it is essentially brand new, all original packing, no issues whatsoever. My loss! Hoping someone else can enjoy it for a discounted price! Works great.
