Signed pastel. Framing makes it look vintage. Frame is taped together and it doesn’t sit straight in frame. Frame missing pieces of backing. Will need to be reframed or altered. Wear commensurate with age, including dings, nicks, and scratches to frame. Cool piece!Just under 15 x 20” framed.
