Thick and heavy, stunning vintage conical Art glass bowl from Kosta Boda in Sweden. This masterpiece was Designed by Anna Ehrner in the mid 1980’s.It has gorgeous mint turquoise swirl-work to the inside of the circular clear glass. Because of this color and shape the bowl is called ‘Atoll’ as it actually resembles a ring-shaped coral island that surrounds a lagoon!! I have attached pictures of real Atolls for you to see. The other Kosta Boda bowls you see on sale in multiple swirling colors are NOT representative of the actual meaning of the name of this bowl "Atoll". Hence this turquoise color is Pretty Rare to Find!! Original sticker from Kosta Boda still present.
