Regarding the product condition, I believe all the discs are in a clean state. Including the bonus items, I don't think there are any particular issues. There is a notice-like leaflet that shows some dirt and creases, but it is included (see photo 7). Please note that the trunk-shaped BOX case shows some scratches and signs of storage.
