New with tags vintage Laurèl for I. Magnin navy pleated skirt. I. Magnin closed in 1995, so the skirt predates 1995. Laurèl still exists. Made in West Germany. West Germany stopped being called West Germany in 1990. You get the idea: It's vintage. 55 percent polyester and 45 percent wool. No stretch. It's a very lightweight, flowy fabric. Zips up the side and has a great big silver-tone button. MSRP from back in the day was 400. Labeled a Euro size 40. Flat, it measures 16 inches at the waist, and it's 36 inches long. No flaws. She a beaut.
