Both elbow areas have a bit of a shine (I'd guess caused by friction or dry cleaning).Pants are flat front, not cuffed. 2.75" to let out at the waist and inseam.Missing back pocket button, you might just want to replace it with the interior anchor button or the jacket's inner pocket button.Very good clean condition overall.
