Pre-Owned. Ten bottles are close to being full. One bottle, #1403, Magnesium Buffing Mealizer, is EMPTY with dry paint on the inside. It might have MINIMAL use if thinner is added but it's listed as empty. All other ten bottles need to be mixed. Please see pictures of the bottles. Some cap tops have tape with color indicted on top.
