One of a kind piece was handmade by Carlie Tart, a ceramicist and teacher from North Carolina. The piece is signed by her on the bottom and dated 1967. It is decorated in gray and beige tones, primary color is blue with some green mixed in. this piece is in like new condition. There are no signs of use, chips, or cracks.
