This is a 1:48 scale dollhouse that I built from a kit. It is one of my first 1:48 scale build, so it’s not perfect as I was still learning my skills! It is commonly referred to as the Hegler-Carus Mansion or Phillips Estate. I purchased the house kit on Etsy for over 300. It is lighted with two battery packs located under the house. I brought it with me when I moved and rewired the lights and added the trim on the back of the house. All the furnishings were hand made by me, either from a kit or purchased elsewhere, some I made from things around my house. I am ready to let this one go, even though it’s one of my favorites! Once I finish one project, I am ready to move onto the next and I need the space for that. I also build 1:12 and 1:24 dollhouses and furniture. Any questions, feel free to ask.
