Excellent condition. There are belt loops but I do not have the belt. I just wore this as an open style cardigan.
Pit to pit measured flat across the back is 27 .
Hip measured flat across the back is 27 .
Length is 42 1/4 from top of shoulder to hem.
Sleeve opening is 16 1/2 at wrist.
Sleeve is 16 1/2 long from under seam to wrist. Should fall as a long sleeve unless you are tall like me(it wasn't quite a 3/4 sleeve and not quite a long sleeve but I'm 6'1 ).
