Scalloped edges. The ribbons are black satin at the cuffs by the ankle. Very hard to photograph black. there is a label on one of them: by the ankle; WOO. I believe they are from the 50s/60s. Possibly European. I did find a link to a high End Chinese company named Woo but I am not sure it is the same company that made these. They have a store in Finland and use exclusive silk, cashmere and other fabrics. But I believe these legwarmers may be older then this company. Can't say for sureI sold another pair of them in my store that were light colored. This is the last pair I have. Very soft adjustable because they are stretchy.I would not recommend putting in washer or dryer. Best to wash by hand and air dry.A person gifted in sewing may want to put elastic at the top. Just an idea.
