The Character Is Noggin but the packaging says its mammott. Not sure if that makes it more valuable but i would assume so as this toy is already rare. Cardboard is creased but packaging is sealed. When you pish the test button it make a sound like it wants to do something then stops, like all toys when the battery is low. My assumption is it needs a new battery but fir obvious reasons im not opening the package to add a battery.
