Dress was purchased New with Tags at a Sample Sale. Defects/Flaws - There is a small pick on the front (see photo). Makeup in two spots on the INSIDE of the dress. I have not attempted to clean it. Please look at pictures of the item and feel free to ask questions before purchase.
