Lock included, but no keys. New lock/key set sold at any LV store. No box for the key pouch (bc it has always been attached to purse), & No dust bag. No smells, smoke-free home, no marks, scrapes, holes, or pen marks. There is an extremely small discoloration inside on bottom from hand-sanitizer leak; did not effect the outside leather.
