This is an ebure skirt. I purchased it at Ron Herman several years ago. I believe the original price was around 40,000 to 50,000 yen. It's a stylish piece with a lot of volume. I'm selling it because I haven't had many opportunities to wear it.
It has pockets on both sides and no lining.
