The top floor, has a small crack in it, it's taped together to hold it safely during shipping. That's how it got shipped to me! Great if you can get passed the looks of it until you can find a replacement piece. But as far as the condition of everything else its great and it works perfectly! I'll have to remove batteries for shipping. You're welcome to check out my other listings!
