I purchased this about two years ago and have kept it with the tag removed.
I have only tried it on since it arrived.
As shown in the fourth photo, the tulle seems to have gotten tangled and attached to the zipper, so the zipper only opens about halfway.
You can put it on over your head if you untie the shoulder straps, so there's no particular problem.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
