Vintage Native American Zuni Oyster Shell Fetish Birds & Heishi Beads Necklace
A vintage Native American Zuni single strand necklace with 21 hand carved dorange oyster shell birds and pen shell heishi beads. The fastener is simply a hook. The necklace is about 25” long and has a beaded texture that showcases the intricate details of the Navajo tribe. The birds are about 3/4 long, the heishi beads are about 2.5 mm in diameter. The center brown bird, 1 1/4”, being carved from something else.
