Condition: Good vintage condition with moderate wear from age; one corner has a chipped area exposing the wood (see photo), some surface marks and scratches consistent with age.
Hand painted Santa Claus motif with a flocked Christmas tree, decorative holly sprig, and festive colors; signature Susan 1978 beneath Santa illustration.
Double-sided design: one side features Santa artwork, the other side has a hand painted black checkerboard/chess board with floral wreath detail around two heart-shaped cutout handles.
Made of solid wood; sturdy with natural grain showing through the finish.
