This is truly a piece of Winston-Salem North Carolina history. I remember going there as a young child. This is a lined , black satin piece of art. The tag shows it is from 1930's. Of course , there is no size, as it was a custom piece. I will guess medium to large. You could wear it, but I'd display it. It needs to be dry cleaned as there are is a sweat mark inside at the leg. It must have seen some great parties! Feel free to ask any questions
