Fairygothmother ball gown skirt and petticoat. Skirt is made of a beautiful semi sheer fabric and has an elastic waistband (stretches to a max of 37in). Petticoat has some elastic as well as a cotton tie inside to adjust the waist larger or smaller (see 4th photo)
