You are looking at the pedal adapter specifically designed for the 1994-1999 Toyota Celica. This is to convert the pedal design to the cable design, to the drive by wire type utilized in the newer engines. The pedal pictured is from a 2009 Toyota Camry. But a lot of different models do fit the design. This does not include the hardware or the pedal itself. Im not aware if this will fit RHD models.
